La città di Roma, che ha tenuto a battesimo la firma del trattato istitutivo della Corte Penale Internazionale de
La Hague (luglio 1998, in vigore dal luglio 2002), ospiterà l'avvocato Gilles Devers, di Lione, in qualità di legale rappresentante presso l'alta Corte della istanza di oltre
300 organizzazioni non governative e associazioni nazionali ed internazionali, costituite contro i crimini di guerra commessi dall'esercito israeliano nei 22 giorni di bombardamento sulla striscia di Gaza e sulla popolosissima Gaza City. Tra le associazioni vi segnaliamo il Bruxelles Tribunal, Avocats pour la Justice au Proche-Orient e il Centre arabe pour l’indépendance de la justice et de la magistrature.
L'iniziativa giuridica della società civile internazionale promossa in Italia dal Network degli Artisti italiani e lanciata dalla Rete dei Traduttori per la diversità linguistica Tlaxcala è la prima ad essersi costituita presso l'alta Corte Penale Internazionale, il 22 gennaio ultimo scorso e le sottoscrizioni sono attualmente ancora aperte alle Associazioni e alle Ong.

Presso la Corte Penale Internazionale, per i medesimi crimini di guerra, sono da ritenersi di rilevante importanza le costituzioni "di Stato", come quelle della Turchia, della Bolivia e dei Reali di Giordania.
Sono numerosissime ad oggi le organizzazioni e associazioni internazionali impegnate nella raccolta degli elementi probatori per l'incriminazione, ultima l'iniziativa che fu per i crimini di guerra nel Ruanda del Tribunale per i diritti dell'Infanzia (1994).
L'incontro romano per promuovere il procedimento presso la Corte Penale internazionale, gode inoltre dei benefici auspici dell'analogo procedimento istruito presso la Audiencia Nacional di Spagna su crimini di guerra commessi da Israele a Gaza nel 2002. Un procedimento questo, che si fonda sullo stesso istituto del Diritto Universale, radice giuridica in Roma della Corte Penale internazionale de la Hague.

The coordination of lawyers of the Association Argon - Network of Artists Against War Italy invites you to the press conference with the title:
International Criminal Court:
Justice for the war crimes in Gaza
which will take place on Monday 9th of March 2009, 10 - 12 am, in the Congress Centre Cavour in via Cavour 50/A - Rome.
The city of Rome, where has been created the International Criminal Court of La Hague (July 1998, come into force in July 2002), will hospitate the lawyer Gilles Devers of Lyone, as the representative in the High Court of 300 NGO's and national and international associations, consitutioned against the war crimes of the Israeli army during the 22 days of bombing the strip of Gaza and Gaza City. Among the associations, thereis the Bruxelles Tribunal, the Avocats pour la Justice au Proche Orient and the Centre Arabe pour l'independance de la justice et de la magistrature.
The legal action of the international civil society promoted in Italy by the Network of Artists and launched by the Network of the Translators for the language diversity Tlaxcala has been the first consituted at the High International Criminal Court on the 22th of January and the subscriptions are still open for associations and NGO's.

At the International Criminal Court, for the same war crimes, are important also the constitutions of countries like Turkey, Bolivia and Jordan.
There are many international associations and organizations engaged in collecting prove elements for the incrimination, the last action was made by the Court for the rights of the children for the war crimes in Rwanda (1994).
The Roman meeting for the promotion of the process at the International Criminal Court is also substained by the analogue process at the Audencia Nacional of Spain on war crimes by Israel in Gaza in 2002. Such a process is founded on the same institute of the Universal Rights, the legal root in Rome of the International Penal Court in The Hague.
