 n already been built to ghettoize communities, threatening over 260,000 peo
 ple\n with displacement and stealing land and water resources.\n  \n T
 he international community continues to ignore the 2004 decision of the\n I
 nternational Court of Justice, which calls for the Wall to be dismantled\n 
 and for the international community to fulfil its legal obligations: to\n e
 nforce Israeli compliance with international humanitarian law and not to\n 
 aid and abet the construction and maintenance of the Wall.\n  \n *The 
 Stop the Wall Campaign calls on you to:*\n  \n - *Raise awareness and

 nce has grown incredibly in the past year.\n More and more villages have jo
 ined weekly action. Al-Ma’sara, al-Walajeh,\n Wadi Rahal, Beit Jala, 
 Bil’in, Ni’lin, Nabi Saleh, Awarta, , Iraq Burin,\n Burin, Beit
  Rima and many other communities all across the West  Bank are\n mobilizing
  against the Wall and the settlements.\n  \n Over a decade of negotiat
 ions during which the Occupation has entrenched\n itself on Palestinian lan
 d has shown that only continued popular resistance\n and an international m
 ovement for boycotts, divestment and sanctions will\n force Israel to respe
 ct international law and will enable Palestinians to\n achieve justice. How
 ever, the communities on the front line are paying a\n heavy price for thei
 r determination not to surrender to the designs of\n Israeli apartheid.\n &
 nbsp;\n Israeli repression has hit unprecedented levels. Four young boys we
 re\n wilfully killed in less than 48 hours in March 2010 in Nablus district
 . Over\n 100 Palestinian anti-Wall activists have been arrested in the last
  three\n months, many of them minors. Reports of ill-treatment of minors ar
 e rising,\n journalists covering the protests are being attacked and intern
 ational\n solidarity activists are being targeted. Entire communities have

 ernational finance institutions have announced the exclusion of Elbit\n fro
 m their portfolio because of its complicity in Israeli apartheid and war\n
